Silje Sundal
For 20+ years, I led GTM strategy and Revenue Operations at enterprise companies—Workday, Citrix, and HP. I helped scale Workday from $1.8B to $4.5B. Built and led teams of 40+ across the US and Europe. Partnered with data science teams to create ML models that doubled selling prices and lifted win rates.
I know what it takes to scale.
What Drives Me
Learning by doing. I believe you stay relevant by building, testing, and trying—not just reading about it. Ygora, ByeByeApply, plAIground are all proof of that.
Solving problems that matter. Early in my career, I partnered with data science teams to build ML models before most people knew what that meant. Today, I'm building tools for job seekers who deserve better than submitting resumes into the void.
Working with great teams. I love building together. I've scaled and led large teams across multiple continents—and I know I do my best work when I'm part of a team that's moving fast and building something real.
What excites me most: Being part of scaling SaaS or AI-first companies. A place where my enterprise experience matters, but where the work is direct and the impact is visible. Where I can help build something that makes a real difference.
